Mechanics

1. Eligibility

   1.1. Open to all customers nationwide who have purchased a brand-new Geely vehicle within the promo period.

   1.2. Participants must be at least 18 years old and residing in the Philippines.

   1.3. The purchased vehicle must be registered under the participant’s name. If the vehicle is registered under a relative’s name, an authorization letter and supporting documents must be provided.

   1.4. Employees of Geely Motor Philippines, its dealers, agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining.

2. How to Join

   2.1. Create Your Vlog

   • Record your Geely pick-up day in a first-person, vlog-style video.
   • Required moments (must be included in your vlog):
     1. Signing of the official purchase documents
     2. A photo with the Geely dealership team
   • Optional but encouraged moments: waking up, getting ready, first drive, or other personal touches before or after the handover.

   2.2 Register Your Entry Online

   1. Customers must register through the official promo registration microsite https://bit.ly/Pick-Up-Day-Vlog
   2. Complete the registration form with your personal details; Complete Name, Contact Details (Mobile Number and Email Address), Complete Postal Address with Postal Code
   3. Upload your vlog entry together with the following requirements:
      • A copy of the official sales invoice of the purchased Geely vehicle, clearly showing the participant’s name as the buyer.
      • If the vehicle is registered under a relative’s name, an authorization letter with valid supporting documents must be provided.

   2.3. Social Media Sharing

   Participants must share their vlog entries on their personal Facebook and/or Instagram accounts with the following:

   1. A caption sharing their pick-up experience
   2. The official hashtag #JustGotGeely
   3. Tag @GeelyPhilippines in the caption or video
   4. Set the post to Public

   Note: Social media posting is optional and will not affect the eligibility or judging of entries. The official entry will only be considered valid once submitted through the designated promo registration microsite together with the required documents.

   2.4 Verification of Entry

   1. All submitted entries will be validated by Geely Motor Philippines.
   2. Present your official receipt to a Geely representative at your participating dealership to validate your purchase and confirm your entry.

   3. Only one (1) entry per participant per specific registered Geely vehicle will be accepted.
   4. Multiple entries for the same vehicle model registered under the same participant will not be allowed.

3. Judging Criteria

   Judging of entries and determination of winners will be held at 15th floor RCBC tower 2, 6819 Ayala Avenue corner Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Salcedo Village, Makati City, Philippines on October 13, 2025 at 3:00 PM. The judging will be conducted by Geely Motor Philippines, with a DTI representative present to witness the determination of winners. Only the Top 30 entries with the highest scores based on the judging criteria will be selected as winners.

4. Prizes

   Prizes exceeding ₱10,000 in value are subject to 20% withholding tax, to be shouldered by Geely Motor Philippines.

5. Announcement of Winners

   5.1. A total of 30 winners will be announced via Geely Philippines’ official Facebook and Instagram pages.

   5.2. Winners will also be contacted via phone, e-mail, and registered mail.

6. Claiming of Prizes

   6.1. All 30 winners must present a valid government-issued ID and proof of winning (notification from Geely Motor Philippines) at the Geely Motor Philippines Office, 7th Floor, Finman Center, Tordesillas St., Bel-Air, 1209, City of Makati.

   6.2. For winners residing outside Metro Manila, the prize will be shipped to their registered provincial address, provided that they give confirmation with complete delivery details within the 60-day notice period. The shipping fee will be shouldered by Geely Motor Philippines.

   6.3. Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.

   6.4. Unclaimed prizes after 60 days from notification will be forfeited with prior DTI approval.

7. Control Measures

   • All entries will be submitted and validated only through the official promo registration microsite.
   • The basis of judging will strictly follow the approved criteria, and the results will be computed and tallied accordingly.
   • Social media features such as likes, shares, comments, or reactions will not be considered in the determination of winners. Social media posting of entries is intended only for promotional exposure.
   • All entries will be validated by Geely Motor Philippines’ promo committee.
   • A DTI representative will be invited to witness the judging physically or via online.
   • A list of winners and proof of notification will be submitted to DTI.
