Geely Automobile Holdings Limited (Group)  announce that the total sales volume of the Group (including the sales volume of LYNK & CO-branded vehicles sold by the Group’s 50%-owned joint venture) for the month of April 2019 was 103,908 units, an decrease of approximately 19% from the same period last year and down approximately 17% from March 2019. Of the total sales volume in April 2019, 8,120 units were new energy vehicles (NEV). The Group’s exports volume was up more than twofold year-on-year to 7,072 units in the month of April 2019. During the month of April 2019, the Group’s total sales volume in the China market was 96,836 units, a decrease of around 24% from the same period last year. The total sales volume in the first four months of 2019 was 470,496 units, a decrease of approximately 9% from the same period last year, and achieving 31% of the Group’s full year sales volume target of 1,510,000 units in 2019.

The Spokesman of Geely Automobile said, “During the month of April 2019, the sales volumes of “New Emgrand” and “Vision” sedan were 16,078 units and 6,730 units, respectively. The sales volume of “Bo Yue” was 17,518 units. The sales volume of “Emgrand GS”, its crossover SUV model, was 7,295 units. The sales volume of “Emgrand GL”, its A+ segment sedan model, was 6,665 units. The sales volume of “Vision SUV” was 6,097 units. The sales volume of the latest sedan model “Bin Rui”  was 6,033 units. The sales volume of the latest SUV model “Bin Yue” was 12,784 units. The sales volume of the first MPV model “Jia Ji” was 4,036 units.”

During the month of April 2019, the Group officially launched the first sedan model “Geometry A” under its new high-end pure electric brand “Geometry” with the sales volume of 1,017 units achieved during the period.

Amongst the NEVs sold, the best-selling models were “Emgrand EV” and “Geometry A” in the month of April 2019, which together accounted for around 77% of the total sales volume of NEVs.

During the month of April 2019, the sales volumes of “LYNK & CO 01”, “LYNK & CO 02” and “LYNK & CO 03” were 4,074 units, 2,011 units and 3,018 units, respectively.
